The rental costs for the Rosenhaus home are 380 euros per night during the week and 410 euros per night at the weekend, regardless of the number of persons up to 4 persons.

Altes Winzerhaus (for up to 8 people)

The rental costs for the Alte Winzerhaus home are 775 euros per night during the week and 845 euros per night at the weekend, regardless of the number of persons up to 8 persons.

The Alte Winzerhaus offers an exclusive whirlpool house with a view of the Moselle. The use of the whirlpool can be booked additionally on request (320 € per stay incl. pool towels and bathrobe).

In the period from 01.11. to 31.03. the use of the vaulted cellar is usually not possible.

The following applies to all residential units:

Minimum stay of 2 nights.

On long weekends & public holidays minimum stay of 3 nights.

Reservations and bookings are binding for both parties after a deposit of 50% of the total amount. The remaining 50% of the amount, as well as the security deposit, are due three weeks prior to arrival.

We charge a security deposit of 200 euros per flat, which will be refunded no later than one week after departure, provided there is no damage.

For you included: Bed linen and cozy towels, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, dish towels and detergent / dishwasher tabs for the dishwasher, hairdryer, soap, vanity mirror, free W-LAN and parking directly at the house, final cleaning and the currently applicable VAT.

If you do not want to bring your own baby cribs, we rent them including bed linen for 30 euros (one time for all days). Children’s chairs we put on request free of charge in the apartment.

Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 10:00. Early check-in and late check-out on request. For late check-out/use of the apartment after 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm, half of the accommodation price will be charged. For early check-in from 13:00 we charge 20 euros per accommodation unit.

Our facility is exclusively available to our house guests. Day guests we charge 25 euros per person.

You are welcome to store your bicycles in our large bicycle garage.

Washing machine and dryer are available for a small fee.

Dogs are only allowed in house No.15 (apartments Apfelgarten, Kirschgarten or Weingarten). Out of consideration for other guests, pets are not welcome in the rest of the complex, especially in the Senhalser Höfe park. For four-legged friends we charge 15 euros per dog per night. Out of consideration for the other guests, we ask for compliance with the dog rules.

Smoking is not allowed in the buildings.

The cancellation conditions are the general guidelines as stated by the tourism industry. The following charges will apply in cases of cancellation.

Cancellation model:

– up to 31 days before arrival: free of charge
– up to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the price
– less then 14 days before arrival: 100% of the price

We recommend travel insurance that covers cancellation fees.
